2. When your rent is due
Rent is due and payable weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every four weeks in advance:
- Fortnightly payments are due on the first Monday of each fortnightly period.
- Monthly payments are due on or before the eighth day of each month, unless paying by Direct Debit. Our Direct Debit collection dates are 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd.
