You could join a tenant or resident association or start an association yourself.

Through resident associations tenants can come together to consider issues of common concern relating to their housing, community and general environment.

There are active associations covering  Lowerbrook Meadow and Lymebourne and Arcot Parks in Sidmouth, Manor Close and Powell Close in Seaton, Harepath Road in Seaton.
