In light of the recent increase in restrictions, we have returned to Stage 2 of our recovery plan. Our offices remain closed to the public and staff will mainly be dealing with customer queries remotely via email or telephone. Call Before Visit Approach
We have adopted a Call Before Visit approach in an effort to protect colleagues and contractors who have to attend people’s homes, premises or sites for essential maintenance or servicing. The idea is to phone ahead and confirm with the occupier that they or anyone in their household are not self-isolating or infected with Coronavirus. Please be aware that we will only be carrying out visits in situations that are essential or an emergency.
