Update August 7th
We have now moved to Stage 2 of our Housing Recovery Plan. The need to maintain social distancing and keep staff and customers safe means that we are still unable to return to a full service across all departments. We continue our phased return to full operations, including face-to-face meetings with some of our more vulnerable tenants, and further expansion of our repairs and maintenance service for all tenants.
You can find more details on this on our Housing Recovery Plan page, or by clicking on the links above for departmental updates.
Call Before Visit Approach
We have adopted a Call Before Visit approach in an effort to protect colleagues and contractors who have to attend people’s homes, premises or sites for essential maintenance or servicing. The idea is to phone ahead and confirm with the occupier that they or anyone in their household are not self-isolating or infected with Coronavirus. Please be aware that we will only be carrying out visits in situations that are essential or an emergency.
