At present the Government has advised that tradespeople can continue to work in people’s homes as long as they adhere to the strict Government Guidelines. We have a statutory duty to carry out the gas servicing in your home to ensure your gas appliances are safe therefore please allow access, if you have any concerns about this, please contact our Repair Line.
Call Before Visit Approach
We have adopted a Call Before Visit approach in an effort to protect colleagues and contractors who have to attend people’s homes, premises or sites for essential maintenance or servicing. The idea is to phone ahead and confirm with the occupier that they or anyone in their household are not self-isolating or infected with Coronavirus. Please be aware that we will only be carrying out visits in situations that are essential or an emergency.
