Abandoned Vehicles

These are carried out monthly by estate management officers, local police, councillors and a member of the tenant's panel are also invited

On our visit to the area, we look out for abandoned cars, broken fences, overgrown communal areas and we call at all of our properties. This is to see if our residents have any issues or concerns regarding the area where they live.   These issues could be with the property, anti social behaviour in the area or anything else they wish to report to us.

Whilst there, we will look at the condition of the garden, and if we are invited in, look at the condition of the property.  If we feel there is an issue with the property and it is inconvenient to come in, we will arrange another time to visit.

We may carry out an audit, this includes asking who is living in the property and ask to see ID's of the tenant(s) listed on the tenancy agreement.

All issues are then brought back to the office and what is not an estate management issue, will be passed to the appropriate people.
