Use this form to report disrepair in your private rented property, this could include lack or inefficient heating, dampness, condensation or lack of basic facilities. Or if you think your landlord is not following the Renters Rights act you can report the matter to us.

You are expected to contact your landlord outlining the issues in writing before you contact us.
