There are some occasions when we will be required to move tenants or leaseholders from their current property, such as in an emergency, when a Health and Safety risk has been identified, or where redevelopment works are needed.

Our Decant Policy details how we will carry out such moves and what support will be available to tenants/leaseholders in the event that we do need to move them from their home either temporarily or permanently.
