We pride ourselves on taking a proactive approach towards tenancy sustainment, and will always look to work with tenants to correct any breaches of tenancy. We understand that tenants may experience financial or social difficulties on occasions.

However, as a last resort, it may be necessary for us to evict tenants or licensees if our attempts to work to resolve tenancy or licence breaches have failed.
