The latest information and updates on the new restrictions.

These latest restrictions will begin from Thursday 5th November.

As a council, we are still monitoring the situation closely.

We understand many of our residents will be concerned about Coronavirus (Covid19), our top priority is to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and contractors.  

Our Housing team are focused on minimising risk whilst delivering services to our tenants and following the recent new guidance from the government regarding a second lockdown, from Thursday 5th November we will now be returning to calling our residents by phone instead of doorstep visits. The community centre appointments will be unavailable until further notice.

Although our offices are closed to the public, housing staff will still be available via telephone or email within working hours 0830 until 1700 Monday to Friday to support you.

Home Safeguard will be operating as normal for emergencies out of hours through your alarm system in the property.
