Update January 5th 2021

In light of the return to lockdown from today, we have had to return to Stage 1 of our recovery plan for some of our services. Please click on the departmental links below for more information.

Supporting vulnerable tenants who live in our sheltered accommodation is a priority area for us and we will continue to offer support throughout the period of the Coronavirus epidemic. Increased levels of contact will be made by telephone with our tenants by mobile support officers. To protect our customers and Mobile Support Officers, we are not currently visiting tenants in their homes.

We are still able to be a friendly voice on the end of the phone and offer advice on how to stay safe and healthy at home and maintain physical and mental wellbeing at this difficult time.  Where we are not able to assist directly we will signpost tenants to local groups and services who can.

It will be important to keep active mentally and physically over the coming weeks while most of us are confined to our home; follow us on Twitter or Facebook where we are posting ideas for keeping busy and you can take part in online activities if you are digitally inclined.

Mention this to your Mobile Support Officer when they phone you, and they will be able to advise.

Repairs

At present the Government has advised that tradespeople can continue to work in people’s homes as long as they adhere to the strict Government Guidelines. We have a statutory duty to carry out the gas servicing in your home to ensure your gas appliances are safe therefore please allow access, if you have any concerns about this, please contact our Repair Line.

Our contact details and more information on how each department are responding to this developing situation can be found by following the links below:
