Our Housing team are focused on minimising risk whilst delivering services to our tenants, therefore Mobile Support Officers will now be calling instead of visiting tenants.
Although our offices are closed to the public, housing staff will still be available via telephone or email within working hours 0830 until 1700 Monday to Friday to support you.
Homesafeguard will be operating as normal for emergencies out of hours through your alarm system in the property.
