Shortly after you move into our sheltered accommodation one of the mobile support officers (MSOs) from your cluster team will talk to you about the level of support you need. They will do this by going through a ‘Tenant assessment process’ form. This form is used to see if you are managing various aspects of your daily life, where you may need help in the short-term or continued support from MSOs.

Once completed you and your MSO will agree how much support in terms of telephone calls and/or visits you require.  This may range from no regular contact, to one or two visits and some telephone calls each week.

Don’t worry if your situation changes in the future, our MSOs can be on hand very quickly to offer support and change the arrangements to suit your new needs.
