We're responsible for repairing the building. This usually includes the roof, outside walls, outside doors, window sills and frames, drains, gutters and outside pipes and communal pathways, steps and other access routes.

We will charge a share of the cost of these repairs to each leaseholder in the building.

The maintenance of the inside of your own home is your responsibility, including repairs to glass in internal windows and doors, internal decoration and services to your flat.
