If your home is sold within five years from the date that it was purchased from us, you may have to pay back all or some of the discount that was granted at the time of its purchase. The amount of discount that is repayable will be based on the price being paid on resale and will reflect the percentage of discount received.

There may also be a covenant in your lease requiring you to first offer your home back to us or to a third party nominated by us. There are also other restrictions which may apply in some cases and we strongly recommend that you take independent legal advice before selling or renting out your home.
