1. Looking after your garden

Gardens and verges must be regularly trimmed, well maintained and free from rubbish. Hedges should be trimmed at least once a year and kept below two metres in height. Any ditches or water courses should be kept free flowing and not obstructed in any way.

Please do not remove any trees or boundary hedges without our written consent, or plant any trees, hedges or large shrubs which are likely to become dangerous, cause nuisance to your neighbours or damage to property. If you are in doubt please seek our advice.
