Online
You can pay online.
Telephone
Call our automated payment line on 03447 369 631* at anytime and follow the prompts. You will need the invoice number and a debit or credit card.
At the bank
Pay at your own bank or any branch of Lloyds Bank PLC using a giro slip. Our bank details are as below.
Standing order
Ask your bank to set up a standing order. Our bank details are:

Reference No.: your invoice number
Please remember that unlike a Direct Debit, you are responsible for amending/renewing a standing order with your bank.
Post Office
Pay by cash or cheque using the barcode on the front of your bill at any Post Office. If you are paying by cheque make it payable to Post Office Ltd and write your invoice number on the back.
Always ask for a receipt.
Payzone
Use the barcode on the front of your invoice at any Payzone outlet. Some Payzone outlets may only accept cash.
Post
Send your cheque or postal order direct to us and make it payable to East Devon District Council. Always write your invoice number and address on the back and send it to:
