A new East Devon councillor has been elected in the Exe Valley following a by-election held on Thursday 23 September
Councillor Jamie Kemp has been elected to East Devon District Council after a by-election held on Thursday
Jamie Kemp (Liberal Democrat) is now the East Devon ward councillor for the Exe Valley after winning 190 votes, following a turnout of 26.2%
The other two candidates who stood were Michael Daniell (Labour) and Kevin Wraight (Conservative).
The seat was made available after the resignation of Fabian King.
