Cats queuing up to vote at a cardboard polling station

Where would you like your local polling station to be? Nearer or further? Happy as it is?

Have your say in the East Devon District Council (EDDC) polling station review which looks at polling stations, locations, accessibility, and polling districts.

By law, the council must conduct a review of its parliamentary polling districts and places every five years. The review does not look at altering boundaries or names of electoral areas.

EDDC are currently conducting their review and are consulting with District Councillors, Parish Councils, local disability organisations and political parties. The Council is keen to hear from individuals and welcome further suggestions and comments regarding polling districts and places in the East Devon area. The consultation concludes on Friday 9 February 2024.

Recommendations will be made, based on feedback, and published publicly. Any changes made would come into effect for elections in 2024.
