East Devon landlords are invited to a free networking event to get the latest advice on property management, taxes and more.

The next Rent Smart Devon event, the premier local forum for private residential landlords, letting agents and anyone involved in letting homes, will take place on Thursday, 23 May 2024 from 2pm until 7pm at Exeter Racecourse, Haldon Hill, Exeter, EX6 7XS.

Make sure to book your place for this ticketed event.

The day, which is being sponsored by Tozers LLP, will include exhibitions from specialist companies covering many aspects of property management, tax advice, as well as support organisations available to help smooth the tenancy pathway.

East Devon District Council’s (EDDC) officers will also be on hand to answer your questions on housing benefits and support for tenants.

There will also be a range of specialist talks for landlords with question and answers covering:
• What the Renters (Reform) Bill means for you
• Understanding and addressing damp and mould
• Exeter Community Energy's New Retrofit Service
• Finance Update
