Applications are now closed.

 

Applications for a pitch on the seafront Promenade in Sidmouth, during the Folk Festival, are currently being accepted. Applications will close at 9am on Wednesday 19 April 2023. Any applications received before this date will be disregarded.

The application form can be found here. You can provide your own risk assessment or you may use our template. You will need to submit these, along side a picture of your stall structure and a copy of your Public Liability Insurance, which must be for a minimum of £5 million.  Please submit this to sfftraders@eastdevon.gov.uk  

 

The items proposed for sale must be specified within the application. Items of food, drink or other consumables will not be permitted.

We only accept applications for the full trading week, which is from Friday 4 August until Friday 11 August 2023. 

There will be a maximum of 45 pitches available, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

Successful applicants will be made aware by Wednesday 3 May.

The cost is £386 per trader, for the week. This is calculated at £43 per day for 8 days + £42 administration charge. An invoice will be raised once we have confirmed you have been successful. This must be paid in full by 9am on Friday 31 July 2023.
