Skateparks are designed to challenge the riding ability of people interested in experiencing wheeled sports activities. All skateparks are considered to be 'high risk' due to the nature of the activities involved and the materials used to construct the ramps (concrete, metal or laminated timber). The greater the challenge, the greater the risk and users are encouraged to wear protective clothing at all times to minimise the risk of injury.

Our skateparks can be found at:

  • Budleigh Salterton - Lime Kiln
  • Exmouth - Phear Park
  • Honiton - Allhallows
  • Seaton - Underfleet

Two of our skateparks, (Allhallows, Honiton and Phear Park, Exmouth) have graffiti boards on the perimeter fencing to encourage artistic expression. Phear Park also has an 8’ high graffiti wall to allow more detailed 3D designs to be sprayed. These facilities have helped to reduce the amount of graffiti in the respective towns.

Safety inspections of our skateparks are carried out twice weekly in summer and weekly in winter. If you would like to report an issue with a skatepark, please contact us on 01404 515616 or visit our contact us page.
