East Devon District Council, in conjunction with Natural England, Exeter City Council and Teignbridge District Council, commissioned a Green Infrastructure Strategy specifically for the growth point area. The planning of Green Infrastructure is important for protecting and enhancing the environment and creating new assets for the benefit of wildlife and for humans to enjoy.
