  • November 2023:
    • As part of the on-going preparation of a new Local Plan for East Devon, the Planning Policy team are currently surveying all Town and Parish Councils regarding neighbourhood planning activity and intentions.  The closing date for the survey is 8th December 2023.  The results will be made publicly available in due course.
    • The consultation has now closed on the application by West Hill Parish Council to designate the parish of West Hill as a new Neighbourhood Area.  A decision on the application is due to be made by Members at the next available Cabinet meeting (anticipated 29 November 2023).
