The consultation (as advised by the Inspector Mr Anthony Thickett) on further plan changes to the East Devon Local Plan and CIL concluded at noon on Friday 12 June 2015. The full set of evidence documents and specifically proposed changes to the Local Plan are available on the council's website.

At local plan hearing sessions in July 2015 the Inspector asked the council to undertake further work. These documents have now been submitted to Mr Thickett regarding this work.
Housing Hearing - submitted representations 30 September 2015
At the end of this hearing the Inspector asked the Council to submit further work/evidence. Mr Thickett said he would allow the participants at the housing session an opportunity to see and comment on the Council’s further submissions. Here are the submissions below:
