16. EDDC Interim Guidance Note : East Devon - First Homes
The District Council has produced an Interim Guidance Note on East Devon - First Homes. Following approval by Senior Officer Decision on 24 February 2022 and subsequent minor changes to finalise the document, the Interim Guidance Note is published to guide the provision of First Homes in the district in accordance with government policy.
