8. University of Exeter Science Park supplementary planning document
The adopted Devon Structure Plan 2001 to 2016 proposes a site in East Devon adjacent to the M5 motorway at Junction 29 as the location for development of a Science Park.
East Devon District Council, in partnership with Exeter City Council, the University of Exeter and Devon County Council commissioned consultants Atkins Limited to prepare planning guidance on the Science Park development. The guidance has now been adopted formally as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
