Join artist Jenny Mellings at the Lyme Regis Museum for a day of painting with natural pigments and exploring pre-photography methods of capturing the landscape used by painters (like the Claude Glass). We will work both at the museum and outside along the coastline. All materials provided. Bring a packed lunch and wear suitable clothing and footwear.
All ages (8+) and abilities welcome!

The Lyme Regis Museum
Event aimed at everyone.
Outside - the workshop will involve walking along the coast - please contact 01404 45006 to discuss accessibility.
Inside the museum - there is level access at the entrance to the museum and throughout the ground floor. A lift takes you to the first floor, and there is an accessible toilet on this level. The building is compact and accessibility for motorised wheelchairs is limited. There are some areas of the building which remain inaccessible to visitors with limited mobility, and the second-floor gallery and rotunda can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.
