3D Secure (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) has been incorporated into our online payment system to help prevent unauthorised use of your card.

How does 3D Secure protect me?

Think of 3D Secure as the online equivalent of Chip and PIN.

When you register for 3D Secure, you’ll be asked to choose a personal greeting and a password, code or memorable name.

Entering these details when you shop online proves that you are the authorised cardholder.

So even if someone gets hold of your credit or debit card number, the payment won’t be completed without the correct 3D Secure details.

What should I see on the 3D Secure page?

If you are already registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you will see a form displaying the last four digits of your card number, your personal greeting and order amount and you will be prompted to enter three characters from your password, code or memorable name

Your bank will verify the details entered and proceed with the payment.

If you are not already registered, you will be asked to set up a password, code or memorable name (depending on your payment card) and personal greeting.

I have forgotten my password
