Nightjar Walk at Trinity Hill

Discover the amazing life of these birds that make the heathlands their summer home

Join the Wild East Devon site rangers to go in search of one of our most spectacular summer visitors, the elusive nocturnal Nightjar. Listen to their eerie churr that has made them infamous in old folklore stories and spot them swooping low above the heath, mouths agape hunting for moths.

Bring a torch and warm clothes.
