2. Exmouth
There are two types of beach hut available to hire - huts and chalets.
Huts
There are 67 beach huts available for hire all year. They do not have electricity or water.
Once you have added your name to the waiting list you may have a wait of three to five years.
Charges from 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025
- annual charge £1163.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
Chalets
These are larger than the huts and are set back from the seafront on the slope above Foxholes car park.
Water and electricity are included in the chalets.
The chalets are very popular and you could be on the waiting list for 10-15 years.
