4. Seaton
We only rent sites on Seaton beach (East) and esplanade (West) and you would have to buy and erect your own hut. There is no electric here and water is supplied via a communal tap.
Once you have placed your name on the waiting list you may still have to wait approximately 6 - 8 years.
The standard season runs from 1 April to 31 October - weather dependant.
Charges from 1 April 2024 - 31 October 2024

2024 season
This year the season will run from 1st April to 25th October. Please do not use your hut before this date.
You will be able to erect your hut between 18th and 28th March 2024. Please avoid busy times and weekends.
The window to remove the beach huts is likely to be 14th October - 25th October 2024 and an additional week that is likely to be between the 7th and 13th October 2024 (to stagger the disruption). Huts should be removed during this period as huts cannot be taken down during half term. All huts must be removed by 25st October.
The beach/esplanade must be left as it was found, any ruts or damage caused from erecting your hut must be made good immediately.
Vehicles must only be parked on the esplanade to drop off/pick up equipment and then moved immediately to a nearby car park.
