If you are unhappy with the response you have received to your Freedom of Information request you have the option to refer it to the Council's Monitoring Officer who will conduct an Internal Review. 

Once you have received the response from the Monitoring Officer to your Internal Review, if you are still unhappy you can then refer the request and EDDC's responses to the Information Commissioner who will then carry out an independent review of the Council's handling of your Freedom of Information request and Internal Review. 

The Information Commissioner is the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights.
