5. Beer
We only rent sites on Beer beach and you would have to buy and erect your own hut. There is no electricity here and water is supplied via a communal tap.
Once you have placed your name on the waiting list you may still have to wait approximately 6 - 10 years.
Beach huts can be hired on a short-term basis from the concessionaires:

Charges from 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025
- beach hut site rental East and West beaches: £716.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
- East Shelf site rental: £1015.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
You can pay by Direct Debit, alternatively there are other ways to pay. Payments can be made in instalments. These Instalments are April 1st, May 1st, June 1st and July 1st annually. Alternatively payment can be made in full up front.
