If you have an EPC rating of E, F or G, you heat your home using, for example, an electric storage heater, electric or oil boiler and you receive any of the means-tested benefits listed on their website- then you are likely to be eligible! If you are a homeowner looking to make essential home repairs or install renewable energy, then you may be able to get a loan of up to £15, 000 or more! Through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme you could be eligible for a grant of up to £7500, to cover part of the cost of replacing fossil fuel heating systems with a heat pump or biomass boiler. Another grant that you could be eligible for is ECo4, which provides funds to low-income households to make energy-efficient improvements, like insulation or new heating systems. Apply for Eco4 Funding - ECO4

If you are a homeowner and don't use a gas boiler as your main heating system, then you could get free energy saving home improvements with the Home Upgrade Grant - check to see if you are eligible: Apply for help to improve a home with no gas boiler (Home Upgrade Grant) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

HUG2 might be the grant for you! It is open to households that are off-gas, have a total income of less than £31,000 and have an EPC D, E,F or G. Register your interest here: Devon County Council HUGs Application (jotform.com)
