2. The results of the consultation
The consultation on our proposals was open until 1 October 2021. All of the necessary information and a questionnaire to complete was available online, or in any other format requested. The consultation was publicised widely using a variety of methods. Anyone could have a look at the proposals and fill in the questionnaire, including residents and town and parish councils. All comments on the ideas and proposals needed to be made using the online questionnaire so they could be included in the subsequent results, analysis and reports in a meaningful way.
We received almost 1,300 responses. We analysed the results of the consultation and the full results are detailed and linked to in our report for Overview Committee.
