5. Review and reporting on our partnerships
It will be the responsibility of the lead/responsible officer to update the partnership record on SPAR.net throughout the year as any changes to that partnership occur. Reviewing at that time the ongoing suitability of the partnership and our involvement in it using the same criteria as the initial partnership assessment.
The partnership register will also be reviewed annually by the audit and governance committee.
For this review each responsible officer will need to review the following areas of the partnership and update SPAR.net as appropriate:
- the partnership details
- the performance of the partnership for the year updating any milestones set
- asses the ongoing suitability of the partnership
A report from SPAR.net on the status of the partnerships will be provided to the audit and governance committee by the management information officer.
