We’re working with Acuity Research & Practice Ltd, an independent company specialising in surveys within the social housing sector. They have many years of experience supporting landlords to gather feedback and improve services.
Acuity will help ensure the survey is carried out professionally, confidentially, and in line with Consumer standards, so you can feel confident in sharing your views.
This short survey will help us understand more about you, your household, and how you prefer us to communicate with you. By taking part, you’ll help us shape services, so they better reflect your needs both now and in the future.

It also helps us meet the expectations of the Regulator of Social Housing, which requires us to understand our tenants and report on satisfaction through measures such as the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)

How to Take Part
The survey will be delivered by the following ways:

📞 Telephone – you may be contacted and supported to complete it over the phone
