4. Flexible tenancy
These are tenancies given for a specific period of time, usually five years. After April 2013 most of our tenants going into general needs properties will be given a flexible tenancy after their introductory tenancy. Some tenants going into sheltered properties may also be given a flexible tenancy.
When you sign up for your introductory tenancy you will be told the type of tenancy (secure or flexible) that you will be given at the end of the introductory period.
