How to supply a return
Once you've carried out your house to house collection you'll need to supply a return giving an account of the monies raised.
You'll need to do this within on month of the collection.
You can complete your return online. We'll need to know:
- the name of the charity or fund which is to benefit
- the place of the collection
- how much was collected
- expenses spent in carry out the collection
An accountant will need to give a certificate to confirm that the return is a true account of the collection.
There is no cost for supplying the return.

When you have submitted the house to house collection return there is nothing else you need to do.
If you are unable to complete the online house to house collection return please email email@example.com and request a pdf form which we will send to you by email for you to print off, complete and return to the licensing department.
