4. Current applications for pavement licences

When a new application is made for a pavement licence, the applicant must advertise the application for five working days, beginning the day after the applications is accepted by the authority.

During this time responsible authorities and any other people can make representations to the Licensing Authority in writing before the end of this notice period. 

The date by which we must receive your representation, in writing, is shown in at the bottom of each application. 

We are not able to accept any representations we get after this date.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.

We advertise all applications that are currently within the date for receiving representations below. Once the notice period has ended applications will be removed from the list.
