22. What happens if I move house?
a) For customers with a subscription or renewal date after 8th May 2020
If you move to another address within East Devon you will need to leave your green bin behind at your old property for the new occupants to use. We will not give a refund for any unused period of the 12 month subscription.
b) For customers with a subscription or renewal date before 8th May 2020
For the remainder of this year’s subscription period if you move to another address within East Devon you may take the green waste bin with you. When you subsequently renew again you will be subject to the new terms and conditions detailed in 10 (a) above.
You would need to advise us of your change of address as soon as possible to enable your subscription to be transferred by calling customer services on 01395 571515 or email email@example.com. When the service is transferred on our records the service will cease at your old address and commence at your new address.
