5. Beer
We only rent sites on Beer beach and you would have to buy and erect your own hut. There is no electricity here and water is supplied via a communal tap.
Once you have placed your name on the waiting list you may still have to wait approximately 6 - 10 years.
Beach huts can be hired on a short-term basis from the concessionaires:

Charges from 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025
- beach hut site rental East and West beaches: £716.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
- East Shelf site rental: £1015.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
