7. Ways to pay an overpayment

Online

You can pay online using a debit or credit card.

Telephone

Call our automated payment line on 03447 369 631* at anytime and follow the prompts. You will need the invoice number and a debit or credit card.

Standing order

Ask your bank to set up a standing order. Our bank details are:

At your bank

Pay at your own bank or any branch of Lloyds Bank PLC using a giro slip. Bank details are as above.

Post Office

Pay by cash or cheque at any Post Office using a bar code or giro slip. If you are paying by cheque make it payable to Post Office Ltd and write the invoice number on the back. 

Always ask for a receipt.

Payzone

Use the barcode at any Payzone outlet. Some Payzone outlets may only accept cash.

Post

Send your cheque or postal order direct to us, making them payable to East Devon District Council. Always write the invoice number and address on the back and send to:

Please do not send cash through the post.

Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
