10. HMO License renewal
If you are renewing your HMO Licence before it expires you will need to complete the following and send to the address above:
- ‘HMO Licence Renewal Declaration’;
- Section 1;
- Section 2 ;
- Section 3 ;
- Current documentations/certificates
- Relevant fee
If we are unable to identify your previous application form or there is found to be material changes to the relevant information after you have submitted the declaration you will be required to submit a full HMO Licence Application form, which will incur a full fee, please see fee section for details, per property.
