17. Why is my claim suspended?

Your claim could be suspended if we have been informed of a change in your circumstances which affects your entitlement. 

This is to avoid any overpayment that you may need to pay back. Our letter will explain the reason we have suspended your claim and what you need to do.

If you are struggling to provide any information we have asked for, please let us know and we can consider giving you extra time.
