7. Outcomes and performance monitoring

We will monitor the effectiveness of the policy through the complaints procedures and by taking into account the following indicators:

  • rate of collection
  • the number of cases with arrears outstanding at year end
  • the amount of the arrears outstanding at year end
  • the number of complaints received
  • the level of write-offs
  • number of cases being referred to a collection agent
  • Audit reviews
