2. Assessing your housing need
Your housing application will be placed into one of our five housing bands depending on how urgently you need re-housing.
There are four main bands into which applications are placed:
- high housing need (B)
- medium housing need (C)
- low housing need (D)
- no housing need (E)
In some circumstances your need for housing may be assessed as so urgent that you may be placed in the emergency housing need band (A).
