7. How long will the process take?
We will aim to process your application as quickly as possible, however we would appreciate it if you are able to give us 5 working days’ notice.
Your application will be reviewed by the Events & Filming Team, once we are satisfied with the documentation provided, we will inform Local Councillors, Emergency Services, plus our StreetScene, Communications and Corporate Safety teams.
You will then be issued with our location release form, which you will need to sign and return,
The Location Release Form acts as your permit to film / photograph
There will be a charge for filming permissions, which will be agreed at the time of your application.
