6. Amended plans submitted post-decision
What we will do.
Minor changes can be made where these comply and do not change the proposal.
We will review any plans and let you know if they are acceptable as a minor change or whether a new application is needed.
What we will not do.
We will not provide you with an additional decision notice. We will, however, add any amended plans provided to our file for information purposes only.
What you will need to do (including a builder, architect or agent acting for you).
Any amended plans or required supplementary information should be provided in advance of the works on site and paying regard to the program of works in order to provide us with enough information to inspect the works and determine compliance with the building regulations.
Fees.
Extra charges will only be applied where the changes are substantial and the plans require re-checking.
