3. Submit an application
What we will do.
We will register the application, send a letter of acknowledgement and issue a list of construction stages when we should be notified so that we can undertake an inspection (known as an Inspection Service Plan). This initial list of inspections will be adapted at our discretion to reflect the phasing of the works, site issues, remedial works etc.
What you will need to do.
Submit plans and documents to fully illustrate that the proposed works demonstrate compliance with the Building Regulations.
Fees.
The level of fee required to be obtained on request.
