Before using our online form, please read the guidance notes relating to submitting a Building Regulations application.
This application type is for projects where work has already been carried out without a valid Building Regulations application.
It is important to note that when you submit a Regularisation application you may be asked to provide details of construction, or to expose elements of the construction, so that we can see if the work carried out complies with the Building Regulations before we can issue a certificate.
Please refer to our scale of charges, or contact us for a fee quote.
Please be aware that we can only accept files up to 10Mb each.
To be able to upload plans you will need Flash to be enabled in your browser. If your system cannot accommodate this, please submit your application and then email your plans to firstname.lastname@example.org
