12. Non-bidding Review

Those applicants who have not bid on a property within the last 6 months will be contacted and advised that they are to be removed from the register if they do not bid on properties each month.

Applicants wishing to remain on the register must contact the Allocation Team to explain why they have not been bidding. Only where there is a justifiable reason for non- bidding, for example, if someone needs an adapted property or has a requirement to be in a specific location and no properties having been available with in the 6 month period, the applicant will be allowed to remain on the register.
