12. Cranbrook Plan Consultation Responses and Submission
Submission of the Cranbrook Plan for Examination
On 2 August 2019 the Cranbrook Plan, including supporting evidence and consultation responses, was submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government (via the Planning Inspectorate) for examination.
The Cranbrook plan, along with the East Devon Local Plan 2013 - 2031, will guide the future development of the town of Cranbrook.

The published version of these comments have been redacted as appropriate to ensure that the Council do not publish unauthorised personal data or comments that might be of an offensive nature. Comments in full, have however been passed to the Planning Inspectorate for consideration in the examination.
Each respondent to the Cranbrook Plan has been given a unique reference number, running from 001 to 431 and the schedule below list the names and addresses of the respondents, including agents’ details, if applicable, which cross reference to each respondents’ unique number.

Programme Officer
Ian Kemp has been appointed as the Programme Officer for the Examination and will deal with all procedural, administrative and programming matters. All duly made representations will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate who will appoint an Inspector to carry out an independent examination of the Cranbrook Plan.
